Morning Run

I just finished a 7.826km running that lasted about 0hh:39mm:55ss !

Slow start to the week with a hopeful big finish.

Even though I have been putting in a lot of time this week, the training has been relatively low in intensity. I have a big run tomorrow and possibly a race on Sunday to finish off the week, so there is plenty more to come.

This morning is my usual working from home day so simply running home after work. The rain has eased off and the weather still isn't too cold for winter, so perfect running weather.
