Lunch Run

I just finished a 7.409km running that lasted about 0hh:34mm:57ss !

Last training run before our 50km run this weekend so it's time to recover as best as we can. The recovery boots are on loan from recovery systems and are really addictive. I feel like I am getting the Vince squeezed out of me but it feels so good.

Great for before the run but we also have them for a week after the run which is when we really need them.

What do those things do? I see various stuff about ice and rollers for recovery, but I don't use them.

They inflate and squeeze your muscles and then deflate allowing blood flow to the muscles. It is like getting a sports massage without the massause.
