I just finished a 14.533km running that lasted about 1hh:11mm:3ss !
It's only been two weeks since our 50km run and still feeling it a little. It didn't help that we finally got some nice spring weather this afternoon and it was really humid as a result.
I took off pretty quick and made into the hills until I really started to feel it. The hills were tough but I made it up them and just needed to get down them to get home. I was planning to walk the last kilometer or two but had a break at a set of lights which helped. I will just need to get used to the humidity all over again.
