Jonesing for Carbs on My Actifit Report Card: May 16 2020

I’ve been on an extremely low card diet for 6 days, and I’m seriously craving potato chips and a ginger ale.

I’m guessing that I’ve lost around 10 pounds and I physically feel great, but I’m feening for carbs.
