My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2020

I’m watching @luvbnamome doing house chores as I’m writing my @actifit Report Card.

I did some shopping at Dollar Tree and I parked on the other side of the parking lot for extra steps.

I like $1 item shopping.

Most of today’s @actifit activity was accumulated in the back yard. I did a lot of shoveling and moved some heavy stones. I will call in weight training.

My lower back is extremely sore. Haha

I was shocked that today’s yard work was enough activity to reach 10,000 steps.

I’m going to sleep like a baby tonight.
