3000 steps for underwear - My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2020

I walked through a Target and Walmart looking for underwear. I park in the south 40 of every parking lot, so I gain a lot of extra steps when I shop.

I walked 6000 steps this evening to secure 10,000 steps.

I did a lot of push-ups and I’m feeling younger after every push.
