My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2021

Most of my @actifit activity count was accumulated walking through Home Depot and Lowe’s. I walked every aisles of both stores, and I walked through a grocery store for a few items.

Did a lot of weightlifting throughout the day. I’ve been cleaning and painting all my cast iron weights.

I feel super strong and healthy today.
