55 push-ups a day - My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2022
Today, I started a 55 push-ups a day challenge for the next five months.
I turn 50 years old in may, and I plan on being a fitness beast in my 50th year of life.
I also plan on walking most of the 24 hours of my 50th birthday, so my @actifit steps counts will be increasing considerably in the next few months.
I did over 250 push-ups today, and I walked 8000 steps this afternoon.

Super performance.
I did that too - at the age of 50 - and something always came up.
You have to do it with all your might, otherwise the bastard wins, because you are always prevented from doing the exercises by the daily situations.
I have restarted everything several times and always got stuck again because something came in between.
Now I'm in my mid-60s and have to start all over again.
But I'm not giving up either.
