Old habits die hard - My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2022

Since forever, I buy the cheapest cars to fuel and maintain, and I always move big with the small vehicles.

I hauled an old lat pull-down / rowing machine on the roof of my little Toyota this afternoon. The hardest part was loading the upright piece on top of an old bicycle shipping box.

A lot of lifting today, and I just finished a late evening walk to score and 11,000 step count.
