My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2023

We had a 12 hour break from the hard rain, and only one emergency alert on my phone, so the family and I walked this afternoon.

This is the first time for my newborn to venture out in his new stroller. @luvbnamome was itching to get out in the fresh air. I’m sure she scored over 5000 steps today.

He cried for 250 steps and then slept for 2200 steps.

All the creeks in town are flowing strong with all the snow melt in the High Sierras.

After the walk home, I weed whacked the front yard, and then I moved some very heavy metal around the back yard.

It was nice until dark, so we all played outside.
