Dad’s Bench - My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2023
My dad painted all of his weightlifting equipment red and blue. I can’t have this in my life, so I trashed the old bench pad and removed all surface rust this afternoon.
I will paint the steel a flat black. My dad made the bench press many moons ago.
I worked in the back yard most of this afternoon, and moved 500 pounds of my dad’s Olympic weight.
