My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2024
the local sales yard has been around forever, and I have been addicted to buying used bicycles from there for the last 25 years.
I purchased a bmx bicycle last week, and I purchased another bmx bicycle today.
I pedaled myself to the car, and I had to drive with a rear window down because my car is tiny.
I walked through the swap meet twice to gain easy steps.
After the swap meet, I ran around the back yard with the boys, and raked the yard.
All my bicycle tires hold air now, but I decided to take it easy, so I rode the cruiser out of town.
My usual cycling course is closed for bridge repair, but I rode to the bridge.
The mountains are so close after a good rain.
