My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2024

I was leaving town on my usual cycling route and anther cyclist on a high end carbon bike pulled up behind me coming from the Starbucks parking lot. He caught up to me about 2 miles out and we ended up riding together for about a mile.

He said I was riding about 15 or 16 miles per hour and he was amazed about the pace on the little kids bike.

20” distance riding is no joke and especially for 7.5 miles

He kept riding to the nearby city and I turned around to ride home.

Lots of yard work and house work.
