All over the place - My Actifit Report Card: May 25 2025
Hahaha! One of the little bicycles in the backyard was yelling at me for a ride, so I started on a journey. About a mile into the ride, the back tire exploded. I walked the one mile back home with the bike on my shoulder.
I solo walked 8000 @actifit steps this evening on the main road into town.
My brother brought over some of our dad's free weights to sell with what I have of our dad's.
The back of my brother's truck was full of plates and barbells.
We unloaded over 1000 pounds.
The boys and I walked to the playground this evening, and all the boys wanted to hang from the monkey bars. This never happens.
I also disassembled two kids tricycles to make one quality trike for the little guy to ride.
