My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2025

@daniel-san, @theharvey and I just finished running the interior circle of the house.

Before the run, I walked the park for 4000 steps.

I walked the Thursday swap meet this morning, and walked to the car three times to unload some quality junk purchased.

Who knows where bitcoin and altcoins will be trading at tomorrow, but hive was recently trading at $.222.
