5 ounce 🍪 My Actifit Report Card: November 21 2025

@luvbnamome was standing next to me at the kitchen counter while I was taking a break from work in the backyard.

I was warming up my last batch of coffee and she told me she was going to make cookies 🍪

One cookie weighs over 5 ounces.

This morning and afternoon, I did a lot of heavy lifting and hauling.

I shoveled a lot of dirt and made a clear @actifit walking path along the fence line.

Most of today's steps were accumulated walking the path during breaks of shoveling and hard labor.

I ate one 5 ounce cookie with a lot of water and with a 1 hour intermission.
