So I drove to town to buy a 35lbs iron plate for a new exercise idea.

I decided to build something yesterday, so I walked Home Depot after the marketplace transaction

I did a 35 pound dumbbell workout between rain showers this morning, and I feel so much better today.

I worked in the yard today when it was dry enough.
