Hungry for more - My Actifit Report Card: April 29 2026

This has been a super physical day and I needed the steps to try to work myself back up into @pjansen's top 10.

I'm still trying to recover from the 9 mile funride on Sunday. Walking is just amazing activity for the body and mind.

I worked hard around the house for several hours and moved a lot of heavy stuff.

I did gardening and shoveled weeds and spots of grass.

My right foot is giving me grief but it's still way better than a few weeks ago.

I did a long walk this evening to get my steps above 22,000 and I might walk the house to secure 24,000 @actifit steps.

I walked the park and around our shopping center for the bulk of this evening's steps.
