Falling Down - My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2025

Monday through Friday, I set my iPhone alarm for a few minutes before market open. I usually get up successfully and turn my alarm off.

This morning I must of got up in my sleep, because I took a few steps and had a really hard fall to the floor.

My knee took most of the impact and I have bruising on my left brow and my right arm is sore.

I'm sure I will be sore tomorrow, and It was much harder to do my steps with my knee all bloodied and bashed.

I did a shorter walk around the neighborhood and noticed a lot of large birds up in a neighbor's tree.

I'm thinking they are vultures. I wanted the boys to see the big birds, but they didn't care about bird watching.

I ended up seeing maybe 50 birds flying to and from this tallest tree and neighboring trees. I'm thinking a migration.

We did a long walk before dark dark, and they enjoyed the walk.

I walked the park this evening to secure 18,000 @actifit steps.
