Happy Father's Day -My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2025

So this is probably the second time walking through the local swap meet and driving home empty handed.

I talked to a few of my friends out there, had a few laughs and got a quality jumpstart on my @actifit step count.

Sunday being the first day of the week so I assume Sunday is the first day of the @actifit week.

I had to do better than my new daily average, so I decided on 24,000.

After the swap meet I walked through Walmart and then I walked to the nearby town before noon.

All evening steps were accumulated walking on the park's lawn. It's a little rough on the weeds and lawn but it's so much easier on the body.
