The best ride - My Actifit Report Card: May 28 2025

A lot of quality steps were accumulated today. The highlight of today's @actifit activity was a ride to the nearby town with @theharvey and the boss baby.

It was very windy and the hardest miles, but I always enjoy the bicycle journeys.

Cycling has always been a passion, but the best miles are shared with my sons.

Before the ride, I walked 7000 miles outside of city limits.

I worked in the back yard and did a lot of watering.
