First Time walk - My Actifit Report Card: May 31 2025

So I started walking at 4:44 this morning and ended up walking through the nearby town and to the rural road to one of my childhood homes.

This is a first time walk for me. It's a straight shot walk and it scored me over 17,000 @actifit fitness steps.

I walked over 4000 steps around the neighborhood park before I started on the long walk.

I scored 20,000 steps before 8:00 am this morning, but I didn't do much activity after the early morning walk.

My mom needed my help with a frozen lock, so I jumped on my bike with some tools, and ended up visiting with my sweet mom for over an hour.

I was a little stiff after the visit, and I lost all motivation after the ride home. I'm very happy with the 28,000 steps.
