Pushing for the 20k average - My Actifit Report Card: August 25 2025

A long walk out of town this afternoon, and I walked the neighborhood park this evening to score 20,000 @actifit fitness steps.

I scrubbed on some old rusty metal and painted a few projects in the back yard.

Feeling good after yesterday's 400+ push-ups.
