Calm down - My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2025

So I have been feeling less than good for the last 20 hours, but I forced myself up and about.

I jumped on a bicycle and pedaled to my mom's and mowed her front lawn.

I replanted blueberry bushes and a few sago palms.

The little guy and I walked to and around the park this evening. The kid wants to push his radio flyer tricycle around, but he needs to learn to push and steer at the same time.

He needs to learn to calm down when things don't work the way he thinks they should.

The little guy needed water so we walked back home and I walked back to the park to secure 14440 @actifit steps.
