My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2020

South Africa is on day 12 of 21 of lock-down. My wife was admitted to hospital yesterday, as she injured her back at home!! Luckily it looks as if an operation won't be neccessary!!

Due to this, I mopped the floor, and did the washing today. I also cleaned our caravan's tent, as we used it just before the lockdown.

It seems that good old house work can get the old step count up to decent figures.
