Today was just a casual day spent at home.

My wife baked us a nice beer-bread, which came out great.

I did not go for a walk today, I plan to go for my walk again tomorrow morning.

Hello, I am intrigued by the mention and the photo of a beer-bread. Can you tell us more about it? What's the recipe you've used? Thanks a lot!

To tell the truth, my wife received, the entire bread kit as a gift. It came in a small pot, with the flower and everything needed premixed in a plastic bag. The only thing we had to do was to add the Beer and mix it together and then bake it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minuted. So unfortunately, I cannot give you the ingredients.
