Today I went for a nice 50 minute walk again, which gave my a nice step count.

My muscles are quite sore, after yesterday's exercizes, being the first day that I started with it.

The rest of the day was not very active, mostly spent behind my desk in the office.

The photo is of the past weekend, where we attended a wine festivale on which I still plan to post.
