My Actifit Report Card: May 24 2023

As some would know, I work for the South African Railway.

Yesterday we did a sight visit to a vandalised rail line, that traverses an informal settlement. The aim is to repair this line.

It is mindboggling to see that even the rails have been cut up and stolen. The overhead equipment has also been stolen. You will note there are two rail lines, the one on the right is still intact. The one that is vandalised is actually a link line connecting two main lines.

After work, I went to the gym, where I also cycled 15km, which does not reflect on my step count.

It's great that you work for the Railways. In which you cycled 15 kilometers, it was a long journey. I hope you will continue to take care of your health in the same way and continue your journey. Thanks 🙏
