My Actifit Report Card: May 25 2023

I don't have a photo of my activities today, thus I decided to post a picture og my latest Siamese Fighter fish, he is a real beauty.

Yesterday, I spent in the office, with not to much activity going on, but after work, I hit the gym.

I started of with circuit training, doing steps between each station.

After the circuit, I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. I don't know if my phone picked this up.

After gym, after taking a shower we went to an Indian food restaurant where we had some delicious curry chicken.

In short that was my day.

I mostly feed him Vitabites, for Betta's

"Vitabites" were not a thing when I had bettas. I treated mine with freeze dried tubifex worms and frozen brine shrimp.

You got me thinking about starting back fresh water aquariums again after recovering from salt water tanks!

I do love my fresh water aquariums, I have never tried salt water though.
