My Actifit Report Card: May 25 2023

Some time ago, I posted on my Siamese Fighter Fish, that got some babies. Unfortunately non many survived. The photo is of one of the survivors. I am going to attempt breeding with the male, in yesterdays post.

Activity wise, it was a rather quiet day at the office. After work, I however did go to the gym, where I cycled and did some abb exercises.

I am also trying to eat more healthy, and I must say, it is working as I am feeling great.

I think I took the male out too soon, I am not sure how much you know about Betta breeding, but the male looks after the eggs and the fry, until they are free swimming. I was worried that he would eat the fry, and took him out.
