My Actifit Report Card: May 31 2023

The photo, is not of my activity for today, it was taken on the weekend, when I bottled some home brew beer.

The day was actually spent in the office, with very little activity.

After work, I went to the gym, where I did the circuit, and after that did 30 min cycling. I see the step counter, has a nice number of steps, I wonder if it picked up the cycling, as I don't think I did more than my normal average of around 5000 steps.
