I am currently preparing for my first MTB race, which will take place on Saturday. I entered for the 40km event and will take part as Grand Master, due to my age, of 60 years.

The inserted photo is of my cycling sesion in the gym. Most of my preparation takes place in the gym, which is not ideal, as I need more time on the bike.

I am quite exited, and will give feedback on how the race went.
