As some of you will know, I recently took up Mountain Biking, and I have a race coming up on 9 September.
Currently, I am concentrating on cycling in the gym, to get my fitness levels up. Today was the first time, I joined a spinning class. The photo shows the cycle's screen summary after the class. I took it easy for the first time, and can up the level a bit in the future.
