I actually do not understand the logic of it but I noticed after the season reset, the following day start yielding more DEC per battle and it usually last for 3-4 hours.
Savvy players took advantage of this situation and Bot is always there to deplete the reward pool.
On average , I feel DEC rewards in per rank battle win is increased upto 30-50 % .

I got Water quest for my account Saachi and Neutral Quest for my account r1s2g3. None of the quest take much time to complete.
So I claimed my rewards account saachi at Gold 3 league and claimed rewards for account r1s2g3 also at Gold 2 league.
