Splinterlands: As Expected , my rentals took a hit.
I have written few days ago that I am expecting a hit on the old card rentals when the league split will take and I guess, I am seeing 25% decrease on my rental income today.

But still I am not sure if it going to drop further or regain to previous value. As there will be 2 league and 2 rewards pool and if less number of player play in specific format, I guess rewards will be more on that format and it will cause players to flock that pool , bringing the rental market up for that league.
All the new changes are now increasing complexity and require patience to understand them to take a good and profitable decision.

We had a pretty good end of season ramp so this beginning of season fall should be expected. I have no idea what this is going to do to older cards. I have similar worries to you but this fall off happening in the first two days of the new season doesn't worry me because I'm noticing the equally with all my cards. Going to give it a few days at least. I'm sure its going to take at least that for people to figure themselves out.

Let see, I generally get 1800 DEC per day at start of season and increases to 2800 DEC per day at end of season.
Today I started with 1300 DEC but look like they are catching now.

With all the changes I'm not sure what my usual is anymore but last season I dropped from 35k end of season to 14k and then went back up within a few days to around 25k where I stayed for a bit until running all the way up to 42k end of season.
This season I went from that 42k end of season down to 20k and then jumped now back up to 27k even though I really haven't tended to it much since this season started.
It really does just seem to be card by card but I think I have a pretty good mix of old and new so its interesting that so far I've done better than I did last season across the board.
I've also noticed that its my new cards that are really knocking down my results. For instance I was renting 45 out Axemasters for 19 dec each last season and now they are at 2. All my CL rare cards I was getting 5 dec for I can't get 1 for right now. Meanwhile I'm still getting 20 dec for my alpha and beta epics.
Anyway, its good to compare notes. Lots of exciting siuff and lots of scary coming up.
