Yesterday morning i was feeling very down and heavy, i had a therapy appointment at noon and i felt very frustrated and not prepared for that encounter too. I needed to move myself and bring myself to life. Fortunately Milo is always ready and eager for going out and hiking.
In the alley we saw Smarty and Shaylon waiting for us, happy and playful
Weather was great and and blooms were gorgeous

Life is hard
But we have to take it easy sometimes

We have to fill it with love & compassion
