Yesterday morning me and the dogs went for a hike in our area. The weather was a little chilly but we went out anyway cause I heard that the cold of the spring is actually good for the body and soul
My heart is melted from all the tenderness and beauty of the spring . Sometimes I even feel a little overwhelmed
The dogs on the other hand are doing just fine , dealing with the spring like the other seasons , naturally and fluently
I'm looking forward for getting more active in this season , there is so many inspirations
Life is so beautiful and precious , I wish for a strong and healthy body and soul and mind to experience all of this better
