My Actifit Report Card: October 2 2025

Alright, let me start from yesterday. Aside from the two incidents that happened, it was a wonderful day. @kam5iz had just returned from Tehran, and after a few days we went out for a walk with our three dogs

Milo and Smarty live with us, but this dog, Bobby, is still out on the street for now. We hope that one day we’ll be able to take him in too. He’s the sweetest and kindest dog I’ve ever seen

We didn’t really have any specific plans. We just headed out to see how we were feeling and what was going on outside. Since it was windy and not the best weather for yoga, we decided to take a longer route instead.

We kept walking until we reached the top of one of the tallest hills around. There we saw the path was blocked with wooden logs. While Kambiz was moving them to clear the way, the first incident happened: one of the logs hit his ankle hard! I didn’t notice at the time, and he didn’t say anything until we got home.

Milo was super happy and excited. We wanted to let him off the leash, but since there was a flock of sheep nearby and he’d caused trouble chasing them before, we decided not to. Still, he was so worked up that he snapped his leash and ran off—but luckily, the flock had already moved away.

The second incident happened when I tried to climb a beautiful tree. My shoes were muddy and I slipped, but luckily I only got a few scratches and nothing serious. I don’t know if I was out of breath in this picture or what, but I’m happy

The orange orchards we passed were full of fruit, but most of them were pest-ridden, which was a bit of a downer. Still, we enjoyed the fresh air—and Kambiz is under treatment now 😋

Having a walk is also part of exercise. Your story reminded me of those days in the village whe we do rear domestic animals like cats and dogs.
