My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2023

Today was the start of my walking diary. I woke up early, put on my walking shoes, and headed outside. The fresh air felt invigorating as I walked down my street. I decided to take a new route today and explore the nearby park. The scenery was beautiful with colorful flowers and lush trees. I felt relaxed and at peace as I took in the sights and sounds around me. As I walked, I felt my heart rate increase and my body temperature rise. It was a great workout, and I felt proud of myself for starting this diary.

Well done! I'm thinking of going to the park as well. Iusually head down to the river, however, that means a challenging walk going partly uphill on the way back. Think I'll avoid that on my next walk! :)
