Unprofessionalism from an international cricketer.

Mohammad Saifuddin is unquestionably one of Bangladesh Cricket's brightest prospects. There has never been a good pace bowling all-rounder in the history of the Bangladeshi team who could bowl at a good pace and bat as well. There is a seaming all-rounder in every country's squad. Pandya (India), Stokes (England), Marsh (Australia) are some of the examples. However, Bangladesh has never had a promising one in its history.
Mohammad Saifuddin stepped in to fill the void. He appeared to be a promising candidate. However, his injury is already having a negative impact on his professional life. And his injury had a negative impact on his professionalism in addition to his career. His name has been ruled out of consideration for the upcoming BPL draft. Despite his best efforts, he has not fully recovered from his injury. However, he wished to bat in the upcoming BPL and expressed his desire to do so. As soon as he realized that his name had not been included on the draft list, he broke down and shared his feelings on Facebook. Our players' lack of professionalism and maturity on social media is once again demonstrated by a heartfelt status update from his Facebook page. His displeasure with the situation could have been expressed privately, surely.
He hasn't been declared fit by the doctor yet. Batting can exacerbate his injury because it puts stress on his back. As a result, it was a suicidal desire to play while he was still under the control of the physician. When the team doctor gives the go-ahead, it is perfectly acceptable to take the field as a batsman. However, if you are still suffering from the injury, you should refrain from making such a wish. If you do, you have a lack of professionalism on your hands. And Mohammad Saifuddin has just demonstrated to us that he lacks any sense of professionalism.
There are numerous other examples similar to this one. It always sends the wrong message to the young guns who aspire to be a part of the national squad. I believe that a good mentor can teach them such things when they are playing age-group cricket. At the moment, the Bangladesh cricket board has one. Richard Stonier was the driving force behind the u-19 World Cup-winning team. I've seen a few of his videos on the internet. The way he taught his students was exactly what they needed at that point in their lives. The U-19 team improved in terms of discipline, aggression, and professionalism under his guidance. As a result, BCB can include more men on its coaching panels while avoiding the addition of ineffective coaches such as Ryan Cook.

In general the development of the Bangladesh cricket team has been disappointing in recent years and so it’s a shame to hear that a talented young player is struggling. I remember seeing Saifuddin playing in the U-19 World Cup and thinking that he alongside guys like Mehidy Hasan would lead Bangladesh to success

Tbh I will blame Bangladesh Cricket Board for such shameful results. They want instant success rather than developing players for the future. And this is the exact reason the whole team is struggling to get any good results. It was their job to create facilities and set the momentum for the young guns so that they can learn before coming to international level cricket. But as BCB is shit they just love to jeopardize the development of their youngsters. The latest example is Shamim Patwary from u-19 WC winning team.
