My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2023

Yesterday, I worked hard to cross 10,000 steps a day.

Crossed 10,000 steps

I took a jogging round in the morning as well as in the evening.
In between, while doing other regular activities, mobile kept tracking all the steps.

So, I exceeded 10,000 in total steps. I am glad that I was able to go over the 10,000 Steps goal.

Consistency

Let's hope that I can achieve that today as well. I intend to be consistent.
