Let me share yesterday's activity details with screenshots.

I almost hit 13,000 Steps

  • I ain't living a bachelor life & I have a son too.
  • Believe me, finishing 10,000 steps is a little difficult target :|
  • I want to join Gym/Yoga & reduce my weight

Total Distance covered - 9.5 KMs

  • Even though, I walk a lot, I think without exercise, it's not gonna be really helpful
  • I must do something about it :(
  • Eating habit is another thing.
  • People suggest weighing your food
  • I simply can NOT weigh food & eat
  • I gotta try portion control
  • Without diet, exercise or walk won't help much.
  • What's your health & diet say?
  • I find it difficult in daily routine specially when you're living with family.

  • Gaining more than I loose, in terms of weight

  • As you can see, I completed all 3 rings
  • Resting kcal - 2300, Active kcal - 800
  • but I am gaining weight 😰
  • Looks like I am doing everything wrong

What do I intend to do?

  • Possibly, starting from next week, I intend to hit gym daily except Sunday.
  • I intend to finish 10,000 steps daily
  • I want to have controlled diet - this is the most difficult part.
  • Let's see how it goes.

Yes. Not enough steps to reduce weight. I think for that I need to hit minimum 25,000 steps per day.
