Family not well

It looks like joining Gym is not going to work. Even though I have paid fees, I have to be on toes to take care of my son. Cold & coughing comes & goes. He feels better on one day & feels worse the other day. Since yesterday, he is having runny nose. Today, he temperature is increasing. Yesterday, he slept at 1 am. He woke up at 3 am disturbed by coughing. Again woke up at 5 am with same issues. Hearing frequent cry changes the whole house environment & makes me sad. Looks like this is gonna take much much longer than anticipated. Even though I have dumbbells, so far, I have used it only 5 times.

The Bench

I have never done workouts before. This is the first time I want to do & this is one of my 2023 resolutions. Everything is going unpredicated specially with the health issues. But I am desperate to hit my fitness goal this year. Because I don't have the bench to work out at home, I couldn't do many variations of the exercise using dumbbells at home. I have ordered a new bench which looks like following

Let's just hope that I get enough time & I make it for exercise on daily basis. I wish everyone healthy & fit life.
I wish that every community members take health seriously & do exercise regularly to stay fit. Yes, making wealth is priority but it should not be at the cost of health. Health is wealth. I know it's easier said than done. Let's give it a try.

That wall fan is repaired now.

  • In this post, I described that the fan is damaged
  • It is repaird now & it is working fine FOR NOW.
  • The electrician said that if it start making noise again, better get a new one

I got the mirror of that toy-bike

  • In this post, I talked about buying a toy bike
  • Previous owner found the missing mirror & contacted me.
  • I am yet to fix it on toy-bike.

Good investment in term of work bench.
But make sure you use it for work outs and not for hang dry towels out.
😅
