Getting back into the actifit pattern... A couple of Hive friends recommended I get back to posting, so hey, why not? I had a decent day yesterday, despite struggling with a continued cold from our daughter. Still, I was able to get a dog walk in as well as some interval exercises (while watching vanlife videos, of course). Maybe, just maybe, I can get back on the 10k stretch...
