What is Actifit???

Actifit is a Hive-based platform that rewards users for their daily physical activities. Users can track their activities using the Actifit app and earn rewards in the form of Hive-based tokens.

It is important to note that leaving VP at 100% can waste rewards for both the user and other users, and maintaining VP at a minimum of 80% daily is recommended. VP also replenishes at a rate of 20% per day.
