In the first half of the match, Delhi's captain David Warner and Axar Patel scored 50 runs each, and helped their team score a total of 172 runs, after Mumbai won the toss and chose to field. Warner took more time to reach his fifty, while Axar scored quickly and almost got Delhi to 170+. Mumbai's Piyush Chawla and Jason Behrendorff took three wickets each, with Behrendorff taking all three in the second to last over, causing Delhi to lose some wickets.

Mumbai's captain Rohit Sharma played a great innings, scoring 65 runs in 45 balls and earning the Player of the Match award. He and Ishan Kishan started Mumbai's innings with a strong partnership of 71 runs before Kishan was run out for 31. Delhi made a comeback in the middle of the match with two wickets taken by Mukesh Kumar, who removed Tilak Verma and Suryakumar Yadav, and Mustafizur Rahman's dismissal of Sharma. However, Mumbai managed to win the match by six wickets, with Cameron Green and Tim David staying unbeaten on 17 and 13 runs.

Delhi Capitals are facing several issues that seem to be accumulating. Although they put in a better effort in their last game, there are still a few concerns:

David Warner isn't hitting big shots as expected

Prithvi Shaw and Kuldeep Yadav are key players who are not performing

Rovman Powell seems clueless against spin, which is affecting both his ability to attack later and his ability to hit straightaway

Despite the hype surrounding them, Rilee Rossouw and Shaun Marsh have not yet lived up to expectations

The domestic pacers in the team are not making much of an impact, and it's unclear why Sakariya was left out of the IPL team

To address these issues, it might be better for Delhi Capitals to play with two overseas pacers instead of trying to fit in Rossouw and Powell, which seems to be affecting both their batting and bowling. Anrich Nortje and either Mustafizur Rahman or Lungi Ngidi could be a good combination.

They could also fill the middle order with Indian batters who may not be big hitters but can still contribute with the bat when needed. Additionally, since leg spin is becoming an important factor in the game, they could consider bringing in Praveen Dubey, who can also be handy with the bat.

Overall, a possible team lineup for Delhi Capitals could be: David Warner, Prithvi Shaw, Phil Salt, Manish Pandey, Axar Patel, Dhruv Shorey, Praveen Dubey, Ishant Porel, Lalit Yadav, Kuldeep Yadav/Praveen Dubey, Anrich Nortje, and Mustafizur Rahman/Lungi Ngidi/Sakariya. This could allow the top order to go hard, given the presence of a longer batting order.

It's a tough match for both of them. If Fiz didn't conceded that much run in his last over Delli can be winner. BTW, that's the cricket.

They had the same problem with Powell last year. He can only be played in the final 5 overs.

I think DC’s top 6 be
Shaw
Warner
Pandey
Roussow
Sarfraz
Axar

They then have the flexibility to choose either 2 overseas quicks or 1 and Powell depending on conditions
