Greetings to all enthusiasts of a healthy lifestyle and sports!
I'm pleased to share again about my physical activities today.I spent a lot of time outdoors today, though I didn't walk too much.
I helped a friend move some heavy items such as refrigerators and a washing machine, loading them into the car and then unloading them later.

I also managed to spend some time at the beach and went swimming in the river.In total, I managed to accumulate just over 7,000 activity points, which isn't much, but I'm satisfied.
