My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2025
Greetings to all sports enthusiasts and healthy lifestyle advocates!
I'm happy to share another report about my physical activity.
After doing weighted squats the day before yesterday, the muscle soreness (DOMS) in my legs hasn't fully gone away yet. I could feel the pain in my leg muscles with every movement.However, despite this, I decided to do squats at the outdoor gym again today.
To my delight, it went quite well. The famous saying "no pain no gain" proved itself true.I also did exercises for arms and abs.
For the last exercise, I did three sets of chest presses. I set the maximum possible weight on the machine.
As you can see in the photo below, there are two handles for lifting.
The farther handle provides even greater resistance at the same weight.
Today I managed to lift using the farther handle, which I'm very proud of.
