My Actifit Report Card: November 25 2025

My greetings to all admirers of a healthy lifestyle and fitness!I'm pleased to share another report on my physical activities.It's worth noting that over the previous two days, I was also quite active and tracked my activity using the Active app.
However, I didn't have time to write the report—I was so absorbed in computer work. Today, I'm making up for it.Details from previous days:Yesterday, I visited the gym and focused on exercises for three muscle groups, completing four sets of 15-17 repetitions each.

The day before yesterday, I took a walk and also visited the gym, where I paid attention to squats and shoulder presses.Today, I took a wonderful long walk and visited the gym again.

I focused on parallel bars exercises and did many exercises with an expander, working my arms, shoulders, and back.In total, today I managed to accumulate approximately 20,000 activity points.With gratitude to the app creators and with wishes of good health to all kind people, I conclude this post.
