Texto españolHola gente de #Hive y #Actifit, El día de hoy les traigo mi reporte de el día con todas mis actividades correspondientes. Este día empezó por la mañana levantándome temprano ya que tenías que ir camino a la universidad aunque resulta que el profesor de la segunda materia que nos tocaba nos había comentado que no iba a ir a la clase por lo que solo estaba yendo para ir a ver una materia pero de igual forma sentí que debía ir ya que era una materia importante. Luego de prepararme para salir salir para terminar llegando un poco justo pero bien a la clase que me tocaba luego de salir estuve pasando el rato con unos amigos y compañeros para posteriormente quedar en ir a la otra sede de la universidad para Jugar un poco en la cancha lo cual es algo que nunca había hecho ya que no me había aparecido por esa Sede de la universidad. De todos modos un amigo mío me hice el favor de enseñarme un poco la universidad ya que estábamos de paso y me hizo un pequeño tour por todas las instalaciones luego fuimos al baño a cambiarnos ya que aparte de que se permitía hacer y vamos a estar Un buen rato en la cancha por lo que necesitábamos buena ropa. Posteriormente fuimos a la cancha y estuvimos jugando un rato hasta que termino el día y regresamos a nuestros hogares aunque a decir verdad me tuve que ir un poco temprano por otras cosas que tenía que hacer en el hogar así que llegué a mi casa realicé esas actividades y descansé Como había mencionado en anteriores publicaciones esta semana no estaba entrenando ya que quiero dejar descansar un poco lo que vendria siendo el hombro para poder estar al 100 la próxima semana así que estoy dedicándome a hacer ejercicios sobre todo de estiramiento poniéndome hielo y ayudándome a recuperarmelo más pronto posible. Y pues muchas gracias por leer y por estar en la publicación nos vemos luego y hasta la próxima.
Hello #Hive and #Actifit people, Today I bring you my report of the day with all my corresponding activities. This day started in the morning getting up early since you had to go on your way to the university although it turns out that the professor of the second subject that we had to attend had told us that he was not going to go to class so I was only going to see a subject but I still felt that I had to go since it was an important subject. After getting ready to go out to end up arriving a little late but well to the class that I had to attend, I was hanging out with some friends and classmates to later meet up to go to the other campus of the university to play a little on the court which is something that I had never done since I had not shown up at that campus of the university. Anyway a friend of mine did me the favor of showing me a little of the university since we were passing by and gave me a small tour of all the facilities then we went to the bathroom to change since apart from that it was allowed to do and we were going to be a good time on the court so we needed good clothes. Afterwards we went to the court and played for a while until the day was over and we returned to our homes although to tell the truth I had to leave a little early because of other things I had to do at home so I got home and did those activities and rested. As I had mentioned in previous posts this week I was not training because I want to rest a little what would be the shoulder to be at 100 next week so I am doing exercises especially ice stretching and helping me to recover as soon as possible.
